FRAUD PERSONAL LOAN?

Question

This is to let you know beware of the following Guy , who approached me in the name of providing personal loan  (he deals with other loan also) and 4 months he could not do anything keep on waiting and took some charges as processing fees , at last after 4 months he stop contacting me and vanished. He also once asked for help saying his mother is sick and hospitalized, on humanity ground I helped, but , at last he just came out as cheater. He is a fraud. He represents himself from CAPITAL FIRST HYDERABAD AGENT
