Not yet credited in beneficiary account?

I have make NEFT money transaction of 5000 rs/ only form bank account to bank account but this transaction still not credited in beneficiary account.I have make complaint in  bank regarding this issue they have provided me settlement report of this issue then I have contacted in bank 3-4 times but they are responding me we are unable to do anything.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank nor a regulator, which may please be noted.

As regards non-transfer of NEFT funds to the beneficiary account, please escalate the matter to the nodal officer - grievances of the Bank whose coordinates would be available on the Bank website. Please write the reference number in the escalated matter. You may also double check the beneficiary details recorded in your net banking. If you do not get a satisfactory response from nodal officer, you may approach Banking Ombudsman for resolution.
