Misbehavior of employees to customer?

I would like to draw you attention, my name is Hasan Mujtaba   and withdrawn 13000 amount from atm machine installed in branch it self.while withdrawing that amount machine dispensed one torn note, then I had a tuch with cashier and cashier treated me in bad manor, he was not ready to accept it might ever happen the same. Finally I reached out to branch manager, he also repeated the same thing and it was not acceptable as a customer. On the daily basis they treat customer in bad manors.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank nor a regulator, which may please be noted.

As regards bad behaviour of the Branch staff, you may escalate the issue to nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates would be available on the Bank's website. You may also approach Banking Ombudsman for deficiency in service.
