Misuse of ATM Card by unscruplous person?

Today I received a call on my mobile phone about my ATM Card. After sometime I got a message that my Debit Card has been used for a purchase worth Rs.10000.00 ON by using your portal i.e.  You are requested to please reverse the amount as I have not made any transaction and somebody has used my ATM Card fraudulently. At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank nor a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please get in touch with your base branch forthwith and get a complaint registered regarding the fraudulent usage of your ATM/Debit card and seek reversal of the amount.  If the branch response is not proper, you may have to write to their senior management and in the absence of their revert, you may as well approach the Banking Ombudsman.
