Amount of rs 684 has been deducted from my account as DP charges as mention below. 1 29/09/201 DP CHGS TILL AUG-15 Dr. 684.00 I was not aware of this demat account and no bank representative has ever told me anything about it, i didn't get any username and password and never informed about this charge, this is totally unfair to deduct this amount, please refund my money.

38589278 DP CHGS Till March 16,

Now a days everyone is talking about it.
ICICI Bank is doing a cheating with there customers.

My account is debited with amount of 572.50 and showing the transaction summary as "38589278 DP CHGS TILL March-16" on Apr 26, 2016.

I am RAJPAL YADAV Working as A Sr SEO (Serch Engine Optmization), I never activated and used any Demat account till now, even not aware of this demat account and no bank representative has ever told me anything about it, i didn't get any username and password and never informed about this charge, this is totally unfair to deduct this amount, there was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my registered mobile. I never expected this type of rubbish thing done by ICICI like reputed bank.

ICICI Bank is really doing stupid stuff. I don't know what bank need from customer ???,  They think all customers are idiot, and  we make them fool easily,  nothing else. I never suggested any one to do transaction or business  with this type of bank.

My ICICI account number is 054701504680. My phone number is (+91) 9990250260, This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount as soon as possible, I need justice and my money back immediately.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong either to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

If you are not even aware of the Demat account being opened, deduction of such charges is arbitrary.  Please handover a written complaint seeking for immediate reversal of the charges deducted and closure of the Demat account to the Branch In-Charge of the bank under acknowledgement.  In the absence of proper/positive response, you should take it up with higher authorities, as following.

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If you are still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)
