EMI Charged Twice in a Single month without any clue?

DEAR MANAGER, I not happy with your service at all. My Self Sarath Racherlafrom Hyderabad purchased 2 wheeler bike under two wheeler loan on 22-June and every month my ECS is scheduled for 21st of the present month. For the month of Sep-15, i was charged the EMI on 10 Sep 2015 without any intimation.Next the same loan account got deducted on 21 Sep 2015. Was trying to reach concered showroom executive over 50 calls but he never picks the call. Im utterly disappoitned with your service and atttitude from your service personal from showroom. He is really unfit for JOB. I need clarification right with in 2-3 days, if not i will register a compalint a fraud case against your company policies. Regards

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist the Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong to any Bank or Regulator, which may please be noted.

I assume that the bike loan was from a bank and recovering two installments in September is definitely wrong.  It could be due to certain technical glitch / misunderstanding.  Please take it up with the relative bank, rather than the showroom executive, who could be only a sales person.  While signing the loan documents, you might have noted the details of the bank and related officials for such future exigencies.  The bank may reverse the extra installment or adjust it towards the EMI for October.
