Bank not released my LIEN Amount Rs 3437.50 since 08.09.15 up to now?

I have a salery/saving account I have purchased some items From local through ATM for Rs 3437.50 on dt 06.09.15. Bank blocked my Amount Rs 3437.50 as LIEN Amount twice on 08.09.15. Bank debited Rs 3437.50 on 08.09.15 from my account but one LIEN Amount for Rs 3437.50 not released. I have complained through Net banking with token on 09.09.15 & with  on 17.09.15. for releasing my amount. On dated 21.09.15 i have connected my branch & request to the staff for releasing my amount . But result found ZERO. Again i have lodge a complaint to GM  on dated 29.09.15. But I have not any responce & result found ZERO. So I request to your kind honour that please credit my amount Rs 3437.50 & punish the responsible staff for this irregularties.

Hi Sukumar,

It is a case of service deficiency and fit for Ombudsman complaint. Please follow the below steps :-

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online furnishing the details.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If you are still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)
