Credit Card application - No Intimation?

Hi there! My name is Sreeju. I have applied for Credit Card on September 16th. While submitting the documents to the executive, I clearly asked him whether they need proof for the current residential address, since I did not have that at that time. He said since the communication address is office address, it would not be required. Immediately afterwards, office verification was done and the next day, a executive called me on my mobile to verify my house location. At that time I was in the office and I tried my best to direct him to my address. After a few days, when I checked my status online, I gott an error message DISAPPROVED Remarks A FORMAT OF THE COPY OF LETTER SENT TO YOU HAS BEEN ATTACHED FOR YOUR REFERENCE. PLS FULFILL THE REQUIREMENT AND RESPOND TO US FOR PROCESSING THE APPLICATION FURTHER. THANK YOU In that letter, I was told to send my current residence proof to Bank Cards My problem, they never intimated me about this via SMS or Email. Anyways, I have sent my Rental agreement as well as the Bank Statement with current residence address to them. However, I see my status still as disapproved. When I tried to contact the executive who initiated my application, she told me her duty is only to forward those documents. So I asked her for any contact no. to track my status. She said she cant help. Application

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Generally the cells are separate, viz., Application sourcing, processing, issuance, recover etc for credit card.  Hence, please login into the respective bank's site, check for the customer care IDs for Credit Cards and mail your grievance.  In the absence of any proper response, you may complain to the Bank's Nodal Officer.  If you are holding a salary account with the Bank, you may also take it up through your HR/Finance department for quick response.
