Unethical Behaviour and charges on my Credit Card on his fault?

Since one year, last October 2014, i applied on Balance EMI and their system not allowed to booking and i did it 4-5 times but all failed and suddenly i found 2 of the booking was done without authorization, IVR Pin Number and then i complained and they always betrayed me and asked me to return one of EMI, i returned and then they charges so many penalties and still going on, i made many lumsum amount till i though they resolved but not and now my cibil score is getting destroyed because of their attitude, i wrote to CEO/Chairman including nodal officer but all are entertaining. so i want you to see the issue, i have all documents and communication with me to prove everything.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank nor a regulator, which may please be noted.

If you have exhausted all the avenues with your Bank then you may approach Banking Ombudsman for resolution of the complain. You have mentioned that you are holding all the relevant document to prove the issue. You may write to Banking Ombudsman stating full details, asking for reversal of unauthorised charges levied and removal of name as defaulters from CIBIL.
