Myself Priyanka Srisrimal, account holder of  bank since so many years. Recently, I have checked my detailed account statement and I was shocker after seeing the same. The INR 5002 has been deducted unnecessarily from my account without any prior notice and information on 27th June, 2015 with 27/06/2015 27/06/2015 BIL/000790244393/NchgRs2. 50STRs0.35 5, 002.85 When I called bank  phone banking person, he misbehaved with me. Please return the money immediately without any further harassment to women. Else I would be forced to approach Consumer Court, National Women Commission. I also would like to close my account. Waiting for an immediate action. Thanks, Priyanka Srisrimal

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Your mail lacks clarity regarding the debits/deductions/correct amounts.  The deductions could be towards charges for certain transactions.  Please speak to your Relationship Manager or home Branch Manager and seek clarification about the debits.  Once clarified regarding the nature of the deductions, you should take it up accordingly, if they were wrongly done or not initiated by you.
