I placed an order on flipkart last 29th July by my debit card But it was stucked in Gateway.The amount of Rs.18089/-was debited from my account at same time but not received by flipkart. I countinue followup with my home bank they said that it will take 3-5 days, but i am not received my amount till now, Plz resolve this problem as soon as possible.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank nor a regulator, which may please be noted.

As regards non-receipt of amount by flipkart, you check with your branch officials whether funds stands remitted to flipkart. If no, you will have to escalate the issue to the nodal officer- grievances whose coordinates would be available on the Bank's website. Since the matter is more than 2 months old, you may approach Banking ombudsman/Consumer forum for resolution of the issue if Bank doesn't resolve the issue in a time bound manner.
