Didn't get cash from ATM but debited from my account?

I Amit Kumar Yadav, have account in Bank  I withdraw RS. 3000 money date 27 jul 2015 from ATM but did'n get money from ATM and money is deducted from my account. I called bank customer care service regarding this they told me wait for 7 days your money will be refunded but did'n get any money from that. after 7 day I called him again they told me wait for 7 days and result was same. After 15 days ellapses I called again they told me that go to your branch office to ask to Branch manager to send email regarding this to bank of baroda debit card department as suggested by customer care service officer I emailed debit card department by Branch manager multiple times but the result was same and I still did not get any money refunded in my account regarding this.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank nor a regulator, which may please be noted.

As regards non-dispensation of cash from ATM, I would like to advise that an error mark is printed on the ATM transaction log when funds are not dispensed by the machine. The cash moves to the waste bin inside the ATM and the Bank/Service Provider for cash replenishment gets excess cash on the following day when the ATM is serviced for cash replenishment. Based on this reporting coupled with error on the ATM transaction log, refund is initiated by the Bank. Since more than 2 months have lapsed, you may escalate the issue to nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates would be available on the Bank's website. If you do not get satisfactory response from the Bank within a reasonable time frame, you may approach Banking Ombudsman for resolution of the issue.
