About debit card transaction authentication?

I have bought an online payment gateway 2checkout.com (2co.com) for my website. Whenever I try to pay $1 refundable verification fee on 2checkout.com website through my Mastercard Debit Card, it comes with "Authorization failed. Please verify the credit card information and try again, or enter a different card." this error. And suddenly I receive sms from bank saying "Your transaction  declined due to authentication failure." Because of this, I am unable to receive payments through my website. I have contacted with 2checkout support team, they said that, this problem is from side, as they said  needs to authenticate transactions made with name of 2checkout or 2co." and when I go to  branch, they don't have any employee who can understand this problem. Everyone says, I don't know how it's happening. Do have any expert IT support, who can solve my problem? I need to verify my 2checkout account urgently. My website receives daily payment upto $500-$1000. But I am unable to get those into my account.

Tinku,

After having gone through your mail carefully, It is not clear whether inward remittance is proceeds of export of goods or services. Further, I could not make out from the mail whether you are maintaining a current account in the name of a firm/company. As regards your problem, the branch officials would not be in a position to respond on this issue. The payment gateway is handled by Merchant Acquiring team, therefore, you will have to approach MA team through nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates would be available on the Bank's website.
