Eazy2Pay Payment Gateway, EB Bill Payment is not reflected?

My name is Rajkumar S. Last Monday (5th Oct) i have paid my EB bill of Rs. 722 using credit card online trough  Bank - Eazy2pay Payment gateway I have received the mail communication from mailer@pg.eazy2pay.com for the successful payment but the amount is not yet reflected in BESCOM Portal and I have not received any mail confirmation from BESCOM for the receipt of payment. Also tell me when i can check my online transaction

Mr Rajkumar,

Since your account stand debited with Electricity bill amount and you have received transaction successful report. You may keep a soft copy of the transaction report on record. Normally, the payment receipt from BESCOM comes within 24 hours. If you have not received the receipt till now, please write to BESCOM with all the details. BESCOM will come back after reconciliation of their account with the Bank.
