Receipt for the car EMI paid not generated?

I had paid Rs.15982.00 as an EMI for the Bank car loan through Net Banking from Bank, Malleshwaram Branch Bangalore. Please send the same as the amount has be debited from my account. transaction done on the 7th Oct 2015 @ 12.33 PM. Regards, S K MURALEEI

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

The EMI receipt would be sent by the lending Bank in due course of time. Alternatively, you may check your car loan account statement to verify credit of EMI. You may also check the EMI credit when you visit the Bank branch where you are having your loan account. You may also write to the Bank seeking loan account statement.
