From top to bottom finds all officials Non responsive, non cooperative, irresponsible?

I found their officials most inhumane, irresponsible, non-responsive towards their customers. They don't care or even bother about the customer's genuine problems. It seems the bank is a Govt. Bank and their jobs are fully secured, so that has made them totally irresponsible and careless towards their customers. They have written so much for customers services and their satisfaction but all in papers. Practically no one bothers including their Chairman as well. They don't have any fear of any one even if you approach any level.bank also has designed their website in such a way that you can not lodge your complaint so easily. I am a retired person with no pension etc benefits. But actively involved in the selfless services of social, human, spiritual etc good causes since year 2008. First time in my life, I had a chance to traveling abroad and that too on volunteering work, but there unfortunately, I had a cancerous tumor on my tongue i.e. of stage two. So for its treatment I am badly in need of my money which I kept in FD. Since the same were getting matured also, so I gave them in writing to transfer my money to my SB a/c on its maturity instead of renewing it automatically. But they didn't transfer my due amount on its maturity. I wrote them a number of times but they didn't respond me back. After a lot of struggle, I could lodge my complaint under reference with Ticket against their Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand branch 01172 but they close my complaint without resolving my problems. Then I wore to all complaint grievances cell's officials, but again no response. Finally fed-up with their non-responsive attitude, I wrote to the bank Chairman on dated 27th August, 2015 with the final request to either solve my all problems or close my account and transfer all my money in to my another bank account who is capable of providing more better services in all situations. But again more than one month passed and made two reminders as well, but no response so far... Would be very much thankful if I could get my problems solved / resolved through this forum at the soonest possible. I very well understand the agony and trauma, you must be undergoing, when your own monies are not at your disposal, when needed most.  It is an extreme and pathetic customer service from the Bank.  I am also shocked at the non response of the officials at the branch and also their senior management.  I trust, you must be holding an acknowledgement for the written request given by you to the Bank, asking them to transfer the maturity proceeds into your savings account.

Please make a complaint immediately to Banking Ombudsman, detailing your ordeal and the non-cooperation and non-response of the Bank.  You may attach the entire correspondence done with the Bank to the BO and request for a quick redressal.
