My name is jitendra kumar, The amount 285 + 285 has been deducted from my balance without my concern 08 Oct 2015 AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS FOR SEP2015 08 Oct 2015 285.00 08 Oct 2015 AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS FOR AUG2015 08 Oct 2015 285.00 I don't know, what is this? Dear Jitendra,

On what account did your bank recover charges from your account would have been certainly intimated  to you. If not, you have every right to know and be satisfied about the same. For this, you have to approach your branch. If you do not get appropriate response, you may write to the Nodal Officer of your bank for corrective action. Email ID and address of Nodal Officer can be found on the official website of your bank.

If you are not satisfied with the response from the Nodal Officer, you can take up your case with the Banking Ombudsman who will certainly get the matter resolved.
