Amb chrg incl st & cess?

This is Arun from Chennai, Recently Bank has deducted Rupees 400 from my account, by mentioning that I had minimum Account monthly balance, even though i'm maintaining the minimum balance on every month. I have no idea what to do, can anyone advise me on this. Thanks Arun kumar

Mr Arun,

On going through your mail, it is observed that you have been maintaining the Average Monthly Balance in the account. In that case, you may write to the branch officials for refund of amount against acknowledgement. If you do not get you complain auctioned within a reasonable period, you may escalate the matter to the nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates (contact) would be available on the Bank's website. As a last resort, you have the option of approaching Banking Ombudsman/Consumer Forum for resolution of the matter.
