I am account holde..my complaint is that I had to go for shopping from reliance digital so that time I was pay by my ATM card.but due to some reason it was declined.but same time 5499rps. Was debited from my account. When I discussed with reliance digital .They called we have not received any amount. Plz contact with home branch.I submitted the complaint in home branch date on 29/09/15 regarding this happened.they promised me amount will b refund in max.10days .today is last day.but I don't have received any amount. I am middle class .I have needful this amount. Plz refund as per as time possible.. Plz I request you

Dear Surender

You have not clarified, whether the debit card payment of Rs.5499/- was through POS or Online.  If your account is debited with the amount, it means the transaction was successful and money might have been received by Reliance Digital.  If there was a technical glitch, then bank would refund the money.  Please approach your home branch with a written complaint with details of the transactions and seek reversal/refund into your account.  Do obtain an acknowledgement for the complaint and in the absence of proper response from the home branch, you may choose to complaint to their management.  The process is as follows.

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If you are still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)
