Harassment and false info./ rude behavior by Salary Team and Nodal Officer?

Hi, My name is Chandrashekar Sethuraman working for Banerasoft, Bangalore and work out of Hyderabad. Even though I have sent the necessary documents and the acknowledgement card duly signed by me about 1 month ago in Sep. 2015 to Mr. Santhosh Kumar Panda for activating my salary account, he has not only denying the non-receipt of the acknowledgment card and not even have kept me informed about the same till I escalated the same to the Nodal Officer on Oct. 11, 2015. Mr. Ashok Sunar who said was the Nodal Office called me on Oct. 12, 2015 and took Mr. Santhosh Kumar Panda (from Banaglore) also on the conf. call and started questioning me as if he was trying to boss over me/ working under him without trying to find a solution or checking with Mr. Santhosh Kumar about the issue that I had raised. Mr. Ashok Sunar was rude in his behavior and had wasted my time and made me to feel as if I work for him even though I am the customer and trying to avoid the actual issue that I had raised and even allowed Mr. Santhosh to talk very rudely with me. Even though I had mentioned that I have sent all the necessary documents including the acknowledgement card duly signed by me after I was informed that I was supposed to have sent it and even received that it has been delivered to Mr. Santhosh, he has denied receipt of the same. Mr. Ashok Sumar being a nodal officer who is supposed to have resolved the issue has not only been rude but also stated when I asked him as to why he was trying to behavior with me as if I work for him, and that I would escalate the same to the next level, he said rudely stating that I can escalate it to anyone and that no action can be initiated against him by ANYONE, even the senior most management, which is really a shocking and harassment kind of statement that a customer can hear from a senior manager (Nodal Officer). I feel that it is a harassment, ill-treatment, mental torture that is being carried by both these people on me instead of finding a solution to my issue. Also, I feel that the singed in documents and other personal info. including my signature, PAN card number, and other details are being misused by Mr. SanthoshKumar Panda as he has not even called or informed me about the receipt of these documents for 1 month now till I raised a complaint against him with the Nodal Officer. It is so unfortunate that even the Nodal Officer seems to be supporting Mr. SanthoshKumar and then why do you have the escalation details in place published. The nodal officer has also gone to the extent of sending me just an email stating that he has asked Mr. SanthoshKumar Panda would look into this matter and do the follow-up and it is so surprising that the person against whom I have given a complaint is going to investigate the issue raised against him. What a way to go with this kind of process that is being followed by Bank is so shocking, surprising. Regards,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

As regards rude behaviour by the nodal officer over phone, you may narrate the entire incident over email for record purpose to nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates (contact) would be available on the Bank's website. Since you have already raised the issue, you might be having contact details of the nodal officer. Since the matter is already escalated and response of the nodal officer is totally unacceptable to you, please approach Banking Ombudsman for resolution of the matter.
