After Online Fund Transfer amount was not transferred and amount reduced from my Account?

I beg respectfully to state that, my name is Sumit Guha, I have an account at Bank Last Saturday I was transferred 7300/- to my Bank account thru online. Strangely this amount was not transferred and the amount was reduced from my account. When I try to connect customer care executive they give me several reason, and confirmed my that this amount will be refunded to my axis bank account within two days. Still now I am not getting this amount. I also complaint via email to the bank. Yet not getting any reply from them.

Mr Sumit,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

When the funds are not transferred to the account of the beneficiary, you get refund in the account on the following working day. Since 5 days period has lapsed after debit of funds to your account, you may escalate the issue to nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates (contact) are available on the Bank's website. As a last resort, you may approach Banking Ombudsman for resolution of complaint if nodal officer does not resolve your complaint within a reasonable period.
