I had opened an account in bank around august last year but after 8 months as i didnt liked the services n the conduct of the staff so i wanted to close my account but now they r saying that i vl b charged 550rs if i want to close my account in bank which they didnt mentioned me when one of their sales executive opened my account moreover they would charge me many rs for some stupid reasons n they used to revert it back after i complain but the revert procedure wasnt easy i had to visit the bank again n again n explain the same to executive so i thought it is not worthy to hav an account in bank.

The process to take up your grievance with the senior management of the bank / banking ombudsman is as follows.

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If you are still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)
