Bank not paying my money back?

Hi my name rajkumar Nancharla I am a bank costumer recently i visit one bank ATM withdraw 4000 rupees but money not come ..? I call to costumer care thay saying the problem will solve in 7 working days . but almost completed 10 days the problem will not solved .

Rajkumar, Hi.

I assume that you have used an ATM, other than your Bank.  All ATM transactions are VISA routed.  Hence, as per the guidelines, you should immediately give a written complaint in your home branch, detailing the grievance and do obtain an acknowledgement.  If the branch officials are not cooperating and there is no proper response from them, please complain to the bank's management.  The process is as follows.

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If you are still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)
