Dear Sir/Madam,

I have taken education loan for MCA from bank

Issue:1.My education loan account was changes in SKY loan account in 2013 after that I have complained in bank then changes as Retail TL-Retail Schemes which is wrong as per my records correct is Retail TL-Educ Loan others

2.Education loan subsidy is not provide from 31.03.2012- 28-09-2015 as per RTI response

4.Wrong interest rate because my education loan account changes terms and condition many times.

You will have to provide us with scan copy of the sanction letter of the loan referred to provide you the desired response and reply. Secondly the on subsidy if you have any letter issued the same may also be scanned and sent to us to study and provide with you the reply.
