Harassment for wrong email updation and 2 months have passed by?

Dear Sir,
I have been receiving some emails my Account has added some benificiary for NEFT,IMPSnad others.I have received another
email that your account has been debited that your account no. ending with 3123 has been debited by 40000/- ,

none of the above has been done by me and the account no. above is not mine.Again I received an email
saying that your Phone No. has been updated which I have not done.
My account Is a joint account of Rohan Gupta & Rajendra Prasad Gupta. 
I went my Home branch they said talk to customer care,I went on to call customer care thrice, everytime they used to listen my problem and hunged me up in the name
of "about to give you complain docket no. please hold on" and the call used to disconected. 
2months have passed but no action has been taken by them and some pratima tewari every time mailing me that your problem has been solved but problem still persists.As they harassing me I have claimed my conveyance charges and a claim for loss of time and work of Rs 5160/-.
As a last resort, I am emailing you the whole thing to please sort out the problem.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted. 

As regards receiving emails, please write to the nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates (contact) would be available on the Bank's website. It appears from complain that your mail id has got linked to some other account and mails related to transactions in that account are coming to you. This is the fault of the Bank, which is not supposed to disclose information about its client. If you do not get satisfactory response from the nodal officer within a reasonable period of time, you may approach Banking Ombudsman seeking compensation for the mental harassment. Please keep a record of all the mails received by you, as a supporting evidence.
