Balance deducted ?

bnak deducted rs.400 from my a/c when I was doing recharge from freecharge.in and now they told that it was a failed transaction but now not returning my money. I had done this transaction on 10-10-2015 and now its more than 10 days they hadn't gave my money. I have done everything they told I also done contact

This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

Please provide us with what you have transacted using the bank account through freecharge.in on 10-10-2015 to enable us to provide the response correctly. From your mail we are not able to understand for what the Bank has deducted Rs.400/- either for recharge or Bank charges.

Please clarify to provide you the best reply.
