Amount deducted but not credited to benificiary?

I had made two transfer last week, the mount is debited from my account but not credited to beneficiary account, details are as follows 1.(A)Transaction No-S9615874 (B)RRN NO-528511968118 (C)Date-12/10/15 @11:09 AM   (f) amount transferred-20000/- 2. (A)Transaction No-S8702755 (B)RRN NO-NOT GENERATED (C)Date-16/10/15 @10:32 AM(f) amount transferred-20000/- i want refund of my money to my account AVIJEET AGRAWAL

Mr Avijeet,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

As regards non-transfer of funds to the beneficiary account, please submit a written letter to your home branch seeking refund of funds as transfer is not effected. You may also escalate the matter to nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates (contact) would be available on the Bank's website. If you do not get satisfactory response from the nodal officer within a reasonable period, you may approach Banking Ombudsman/Consumer Forum for resolution.
