sir,my main complaint is INSPITE OF repeated request not getting any sms alert.My ac have come on posting from jodhpur to Delhi.My phone no is changed .I rang up more than 20times and requested them for SmS alert on my new no but all efforts failed.so again i am giving you my cell no this is my Delhi no .I want S.M.S alert on this no.I hope atleast now i will start getting the information

    At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

    As regards change of registered mobile number, some Banks have prescribed format for service request. If your mobile is a post paid one, you may have to attach a copy of the latest bill along with your identity proof. You may visit your home branch or nearest branch of the Bank and submit these documents along with service request. Please get an acknowledgement for the documents submitted. If your request is not attended to within 5 working days, you may escalate the matter to nodal officer - grievances whose coordinate (contact) would be available on the website.
