Regarding personal loan disbursement?

My Name is Jyothi Naidu i am from Bangalore Region, and Here i am not getting any response from the People in Bangalore so only i am escalating the Issue, 
 I have submitted my documents for personal Loan for 1 Lakh on 24 - 09- 2015 
and i got approval at the earliest then 1 Guy Called me for the aggreement and Cheque of my salary account and i have given that on 16-10-2015
and he said the Loan amount will be credited to my account in 1 Day and it has been almost 12 Days Still there is no response and when i call to the customer care there is no response and when i am trying to contact
the peoplw will not pick my phone and i am requesting you now by escalating this issue Regarding the Loan Disbursment

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

You will have to take up the matter with giving all the details of the papers submitted alongwith the names of the officials to whom you have given to Nodal Officer and also to the Loan department of the Bank. You may also will have to go personally with the sanction letter to ascertain the reasons for not release of loan. WE are sure that you will get the response.
