Worthless Bank?

My balance dedicated from atm i withdrawl only 1000 and money come 600 so my account balance cut 1100 what a worst service when i want complain customer care person cut my call without write my complain this is worst bank plz give positive response send my money back...

Mr Rudra,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

It appears that you got partial amount of Rs 600/- from ATM when you tried to withdraw Rs 1000/- and your account got debited for Rs 1100/-, if I have understood your complain correctly. If the Customer Care is not responding to your complain, you may escalate the matter to nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates (contact) would be available on the Bank's website. Please retain the transaction slip till the time complain is resolved. If it is on thermal paper, please keep a Xerox of the slip.

Normally, short dispensation amount is credited back to the account when daily cash settlement is carried out by the Bank or Service Provider. If you do not get satisfactory response from the nodal officer within a reasonable period, you may approach Banking Ombudsman, seeking compensation for mental agony and harassment in addition to short dispensed amount.
