I'M complaining about my account did not update with new address?

I'm opened new bank salary account but i did not received welcome kit, thats why my account was blocked . After 1 month i submitted new address with valid document but after 10 days my account not updated . i want to open new salary in other branch that's why i'm trying to unblocked my old account and then closed, but still no body solved my problem. i dont know how to resolved this issue. plz help me because i dont have any other solution .

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

Whenever you are submitting any documents for any action on the part of the Bank, always ask for acknowledgement that would serve as proof in future when you lodge a complaint or escalate the issue. Since your account is not activated, you re-approach the branch with address proof for modification of address. If you do not get satisfactory response, you may escalate the issue to nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates (contact) would be available on the Bank's website. If you do not get response to your satisfaction from the nodal officer, you may lodge a complain with Banking Ombudsman for deficiency in service and seek compensation for mental agony and harassment.
