Fraud made by account?

My credit card number xxxx xxxx xxxx 2109 for which I got a message that I tried to make a transaction on 26-10-15 at20:42 at paramountinn for amount 1182 is declined. But the card is with me only and I have not tried to make any transaction also means some body is having the duplicate card of my account and he may also having the many cards of others also so do a enquiry and catch the thief

Mere possession of a duplicate card by someone else would not facilitate a debit/purchase/withdrawal transaction, unless your confidential credentials like PIN, date of birth, CVV etc are available with him. However, to avoid another attempt to transact on your credit card by a purported fraudster, get a formal complaint registered forthwith with your card issuing Bank and seek their instructions / request for issuance of a new / fresh card.
