Forgotten my atm pin?

HELLO MY NAME IS R.Sasikumar . MY ATM CARD NO IS xxxxxxxxxx2890 month of issue DEC 2014. I forget my password(pin. no). I'm visited the my branch branch but they are not properly responding so please immediate as soon as send my password on my email

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

You would be able generate a new PIN through IVR / by visiting any nearby ATM of the Bank.  Bank's would not send the password to email IDs, even if they are registered.  If you encounter any problem in generating the PIN, then you are required to handover a written request at any of nearby branches.
