Change of Transaction Password - Not Allowing?

Sir, i have been trying to change my transaction pwd netbanking for the past two weeks, in vain. for instance, i tried ... svsOmsh143! i followed all the said or stipulated rules/instructions to the letter and spirit, yet, it devours all the chances, and, gets my pwd disabled. at least, i tried ten times so far. the one i quoted above does not match my login pwd. yet, it consumes all my chances every time and ridicules me for no fault of mine ! who should i approach or contact, at least through my mail ?? please, help me get over this plight and prove your proclamations to be right always !

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

1. Speak to the officials of your home branch / the relationship officer / the branch head and seek their assistance to change your transaction password.  Instead of assuming that the transaction passwords are devoured, did you try to initiate a transaction to test the change of password.  

2. If you had given a written request to your home / any nearby branch, you would have received fresh login and transactions passwords, probably within a week.

3. If the branch manager / officials are not helpful and response, do email a strong complaint to the Bank's Grievance Redressal / Nodal Officer. The details of the grievance redressal team of the bank would be available on their website.
