My internet transaction id not activated and a/c is locked?

Sir i requested many times to the cocern branch to open the locked net banking but no action has been taken till date by the bank and customer care service. Also mail to GM but no sesponse is given by the GM office. Sir l am facing problems due to blocked net banking. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and to solve my problem.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

1. If the officials / relationship manager are not helpful, meet up with the Branch Head, explain him the problem and seek immediate resolution.

2. If he too is not responsive, then you should be emailing to the Bank's Nodal / Grievance Redressal Officer, whose details would be available on their website.
