Respeced sir/madam I am working as a staff nurse in sir ganga ram hospital, in rajinder nagar .I want to compalint aganist  bank, sach a careless bank.I tried to withdraw cash from atm at karol bagh, but i did not get the cash, i tried to withdraw the amount 2000 +2000, two times.I received the atm slip that the transaction declined and unable to process on the same day.I did not filled the dispute form on the same month becasue i admitted to my hospital for surgery on may 13th for surgery and i went to medical leave for one and half month and when i return from medical leave and updated my bank passbook, i come to know that total 4000 thousand rupees has been deduct from my account, they made to enquire to bank but that bank told me to enquire from my parentral bank then i went bank to my bank.They are not solving my problem i want to see the footage why they are delying to show the foortage.Please consider this complain.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

As per the VISA process, for disputed ATM cash withdrawals, you should only be complaining to your home branch / bank, who in turn, would take it up with the other Bank, from whose ATM, you tried to withdraw cash.  The CCTV footage would only be available, if the attempts made were within a period of 3 months, else overwritten.  Trust, you are still holding the two slips, stating that the transactions were declined.  They are very much required to substantiate your claim.  Handover a written complaint to your home branch forthwith and obtain a proper acknowledgement.  If the branch is not responding, you may further complain to the Bank's management / banking ombudsman.  The process is stated hereunder.

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If you are still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)
