Recent Banking Credit, Transfer, Loan and Mutual Funds Questions

I have applied for a PL & found out (using CIBIL Report) that there is an existing two wheeler loan at my name of Bank with Loan Account Number LTMZPxxxxxxxx4667.

Either provide the details and tell me the way to correct this report or I am going to file an FIR against this as this is not my loan and how it is being showing in CIBIL report

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

Based on your short mail, it is assumed that someone has fraudulently obtained a bike loan impersonating you, most probably on the strength of your documents given for some other purposes. You should seek the details of the loan in writing from the Bank and then act accordingly. Please note that without the Bank / Financial Institution writing to CIBIL, they would not correct your score.
