Dear Sir/Mam, I have a saving account No xxxxxxxxxxxx0054 in Govindpuram (Ghaziabad) Branch, today I was booking my flight ticket online but while payment the transaction showed 3D Secure Service error and transaction was failed, I was not able to book my ticket online. Please help me to reactivate my Online 3D Secure Service so that I can do online shopping. Regards Chanderpal Singh Tomar

Please get in touch with your home or any nearby branch of your bank and request for the transaction password.  Also, in case you hold a debit card / internet banking, you can self generate the same.  You further have the option of OTP too.
