Non receipt of LIC premium paid on 16.11.2015 through internet banking?

The policy no. of my wife is xxxxxx1342 of which half yearly payment of rs.4161 is required to be paid in month of november 2015 which today i have paid through bank net banking facility. so you are requested to send the premium receipt on my e-mail id. with regards, Rasiklal G.Sayani (Husband of Meena Rasiklal Sayani)

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

If your account is debited with the amount towards the premium you must get the receipt for the same. The premium receipt is issued by LIC in their format and you will have to take up with them giving details of debit and policy no etc. From the bank you may obtain a letter of confirmation of payment of premium which will help in getting the receipt from LIC.
