I am Manjunath KE with bank account number xxxxxxxxxx7172.
In July 2015, I had transferred account from Marathahalli Branch at Bangalore to Pavagada branch in Tumkur district, Karnataka. But, my branch name is not updated in internet banking.
So, to resolve this, I had submitted an application along-with a photo id, to my new branch at Pavagada. But, problem not resolved.
I had even tried talking with concerned branch officials but no gain.
With respect to this, 3 complaints have been raised to bank customer care. Ticket numbers of the complaints are

IB1784821079012 dated 10 th nov
TA1784821155832 dated
TA1784821155832 dated
None of these complaints are properly addressed and the worst part is still my problem is not resolved.

Mr Manjunathan,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

As regards non-updating of the new branch details upon transfer of your account, please escalate the matter to nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates (contact) would be available on the Bank's website since you did not get response to your complain lodged with the branch officials as well as customer care.
