Unwanted inter city charges?

I am previous account holder of your bank  but after meging the bank debited rs/. 25/- in my a/c for deposited rs.9500/- inter city charges---38976288
i dont know that charges please reverse the charges

Levy of service charges on transactions is the prerogative of the bank where you maintain your account. The details in this regard would have been explained to you by your bank while opening your account. If you need further clarification, please meet with the branch manager or other dealing official by visiting your home branch. If you do not get proper response you can lodge a complaint with the Nodal Officer of your bank by email or letter. You can find email address and office address of the Nodal Officer on the bank’s website.
