About forgot password unable to change my login password?

Dear Sir, i forget my Login pass word. i tried to reset my login password its shows that my DOB is wrong, but my DOB 25, Dec, 1985 its TRUE, please resolve my problem, let me know which DOB is register in my A/c. my CIF No: 00000000003802 Vinay Kumar
