As committed by  bank, 5 Days are gone and still i couldn't get my money back to my account.

Bank Customer Care Verified User on Nov 16, 2015 Verified Support

Dear Customer, 

The transaction has been successfully processed at the Bank's end.

We request you to allow 5 working days for the merchant to get back to you with the final status of the transaction.

In the event you do not receive any confirmation within 5 working days, you may write back to us and the same shall be taken up with the merchant.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Bank has not committed refund in 5 days, as per their mail to you.  They only advised that the merchant might get in touch in about 5 days with the status of the transaction and in the absence of any response to you by them, you should be writing again to the bank regarding the non-response, where after they would take it up with merchant.  Hence, please get in touch with your home branch once again, if the transaction / amount is still not reversed into your account.
