I do stay in abroad kampala, Uganda. I do banking with Bank  Saraspur Branch, Ahmedabad.Gujarat India. I have been inquiring about to provide me online banking service throught which i may be able to access my account when I am in abroad. I have sent Lot off mail to the managers and head of branch in Saraspur Bank Branch, Ahmedabad.Gujarat.India. I have an NRE account with them and I am using that account since i am in uganda. I asked them please help me and direct me but they are not giving a responsible answer. manager name is K.A.Thakor. Then I tried to check their service and I asked them that I wanna to do FD with big amount I have been started getting mail with immideat effect. I request you please help me and short my issue and suggest me the way to go through.

Dear Hardik

I understand your concern regarding the apathy being shown by your bank.  Since your branch is not assisting you in getting the net banking facility, do complain to their management / banking ombudsman.  The process is mentioned hereunder.

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If you are still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)
