Internet Banking Login Issue?

I am not able to login internet banking due to this am not able to do any transaction. Please unlock or reset my internet banking password as I am working in IT firm in Mumbai and it's not possible to come at branch. Name : Rahul Kumar Gupta Please let me know if you need any more information from my side. I have written this mail many times to cust care

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

You need not visit the branch, but you can always speak to your relationship manager or the branch manager and also mail them regarding your net banking problem.  I assume that your login ID must have been locked, due to input of wrong password, for 3 times or more.  Since you are part of an IT firm, you can also generate a new password online.  If it is not happening, then you should be taking it up with your home branch over phone / email.
