I have sal Acc with bank but this is fraud company in the month of sept Oct and Nov they have cut money from my Acc in d name of consolidated charges I came to know that if I exceed my withdrawal from more than 5 times than I will be charged but then too they have cut more than it should been have cut I have complained about this thrice but I cannot see any response from their side the bank guyz are also saying that there is some mistake coz in the month of sept I hv done only 8 transactions and then too they have cut morethan 500 and apart from that I have wasted more of my money in going bank again and again plzz I request u plzz help me out with this fraud company I have 2 complaint no with me but that is of no use ... Plzz do whatever u can do to help me

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

The salary accounts are driven by a specific memorandum of understanding between the bank and your employer.  The charges can not be levied arbitrarily.  If they do so, the banks risk the very relationship with the corporate.  Hence, please mail your grievance to the bank or take it up with the salary relationship manager.  If the charges were not in consonance with the MoU, the bank should reverse the same, else they would clarify the reasons for the charges.  You can also ask your HRD/F&A to take up the issue of charges with the Bank.
