Home Loan is Sanctioned but Didn't get Appointment for Home Loan Formalities ?

Hi Branch, I have got call from branch on Friday regarding my Loan is Sanctioned on 24/11/2015. After that I am trying to Contact on the same No. for Document Formalities Appointment. I am trying to Contact but not able to Contact you. Please provide me the Proper Appointment date its took almost 1 month for this Process & after approval more than 1 week Pass still not able to get Appointment for my Home Loan formalities. Loan Person Name: - Patel Jahnvi Mehulkumar / Patel Mehulkumar Kantilal Loan Senction Amount: - 21, 10, 000/- Message on Mobile: - “Your HL proposal OF Rs. 2110000 has been sanctioned on 24/11/2015 officer concerned will contact you for the formalities shortly

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

It is very unusual that having sanctioned a home loan, the bank officials are not completing the documentation formalities for disbursal. You should be calling the bank representative, who was coordinating for the sanction or alternately might as well visit the bank branch once to understand the delay, which would hasten up the process. Do not wait for the bank to contact you.
