Bank savings ac Date of incident: May 30, 2015 I never opted for Prandhanmantri Jeevan Bima Yojna and never signed any paper. Never gave any permission for the same. But, still without my knowledge, bank deducted INR 12 from my account on May 30th 2015. 30/05/2015 I want to raise a complain for the bank and branch. I also doubt that the bank has done the same thing to its other customers too. I want to take this to higher level so that bank apologies in public and such incident do not happen ever with anyone. Its not about 12 Rs. I want this news to come to public to let know what bank is doing.

Before taking up the issue with anyone else, please do get in touch with your branch/bank and find out the reason for covering you under Pradhanmantri Jeevan Bhima Yozna.  If their response is not your satisfaction, you may further escalate the matter for redressal or to the notice of public in general.
