Bad service on imergency concern and bad process?

I want to register a complain for a very bad services from bank .I was given false promises every time I call in customer care. I want to change my new number in bank records and on my internet profile. So as advise I went to update in the bank ATM with mobile update and alerts. I got the message for the changes. Now when it was already one day over I still cannot update my mobile number on my internet access account. So again I cal up to help, they said yes mam it is done already will be done after 4 hrs. I waited four hours and checked again I do not received any netsecure OTP on my new number because of which I cannot do any online emergency fund transfer. Now on calling again and again my problem is still not solved, its 4th day now, still no progress. Complaint number also registered. This is really annoying and such a bad service never face with any other bank services. This bank has been really bad in customer service and dint even care what a customer is facing I would like to complaint and rate as "0" in customer service. This bank is really sick and encourage anyone not to go with bank. Now I am still waiting for my problem to get solved, ...

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Your exasperation is understandable. There seems to be a flaw in the process followed by your bank not only with regard to updation of mobile numbers across delivery channels but also in handling of customer queries.

If your issue has not been resolved yet, please write to Nodal Officer of your bank through email or letter. Contact details of the Nodal Officer are available on the bank's website. I suggest that even if your immediate problem has been resolved, record your displeasure with the Nodal Officer. Such feedback would help the bank to improve their processes and customer experience.
