Can't open net banking page?

I opened an SB account Bank 2 years back and recently applied for internet banking. Even though I received the usename & password, . Meanwhile, I tried to open the internetbanking and typed the correct userid and Password its showing application setup error. Kindly help regarding as soon as possible

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

It is not unusual for first time users facing difficulties. There could be technical problem at your bank's end also which may be reason for your inability to enjoy the facility. You can contact phone banking centre of your bank and register complaint and the problem would be resolved. If you don't get satisfactory resolution within a few days you can escalate to  Nodal Officer of your bank by email or letter. You can find email address and office address of the Nodal Officer on the bank’s website.
